The Basics of Commercial Leases

The NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) presents this free workshop to our New York City small business community through legal vendor Brooklyn Legal Services Corp. A (“Brooklyn A”).

Through this and our upcoming free workshops and legal clinics, SBS’ Commercial Lease Assistance Program will assist those who struggle with commercial lease related issues.

The workshop presenters are experienced business attorneys who have successfully counseled business owners on lease agreements
