Emily Olick Llano

Emily joins Build Up Justice NYC with a background in legal research, policy advocacy, and direct services. Before joining BUJNYC, she worked as a researcher at the Stanford Center for Racial Justice and as a Policy Fellow at the National Center for Youth Law. She is also the founder of an initiative dedicated to increasing access to higher education for undocumented youth. Emily received her M.A. from Stanford University and her B.A. from Bowdoin College. She is a native Spanish speaker.
