Gyubin Jeong
Prior to joining Build Up Justice NYC, Gyubin worked at Korea’s largest law firm, where he represented clients in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and employment and labor law. Alongside his professional work, he was deeply engaged in pro bono practice, providing free legal services to marginalized immigrant communities in Seoul on housing, immigration, and family law issues. These experiences nurtured his lasting commitment to affordable housing and equitable urban policy.
Gyubin later served as a Research Scholar at both NYU School of Law and the University of San Diego School of Law, focusing on developing equitable legal frameworks for immigrant on-demand workers. He holds an LL.M. from NYU School of Law and an LL.B. from Seoul National University.
