Hussain Abidi

Hussain is a Pro Bono Scholar at Brooklyn Legal Services. Prior to joining Brooklyn Legal Services, Hussain gained extensive legal experience working at Allen & Overy Shearman Sterling. Hussain also had the opportunity to serve as a law clerk for a federal judge in the Southern District of New York, where he gained firsthand experience with federal litigation. In addition to their time at these prestigious organizations, Hussain has honed his skills in securities law, arbitration, and dispute resolution, and participated in the Tulane Baseball Arbitration Competition at Tulane Law School. Hussain brings his love for New York City and commitment to fairness and equity for all people. An interesting fact about Hussain is that he threw the first pitch for the Mets in 2024.
