Jingying Zhai

Prior to joining Build Up Justice NYC full-time, Jing Zhai was a legal extern at the organization and worked in her law school’s tax clinic. She most recently worked as a Prosecuting Intern at the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission, where she represented the TLC in administrative hearings at OATH’s Hearings division. Jing holds a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, a M.S. in Accounting from Baruch College and a double B.A. in Mathematics and statistics from the University of Iowa.
