Lena Massengale

Before joining Build Up Justice NYC, Lena Massengale interned at the U.S. Tax Court and later worked as a paralegal at a civil rights firm, where she supported individuals impacted by false arrests, excessive force, and incidents on Rikers Island. She earned a B.A. in Political Sociology with a minor in Black Studies and an Engaged Scholar designation from Swarthmore College.
